Physical Products

We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or faulty upon receipt
  • The product received is different from what was ordered
  • Return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product must be in its original packaging and unused condition

How to Request a Return:

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours
  4. If approved, we will arrange for product pickup

Digital Products (Gift Cards)

Important Notice:

Gift cards are non-refundable once the code has been delivered. Please ensure you select the correct gift card value before making a purchase.

Exceptions for gift cards:

  • If you haven't received your gift card code after payment confirmation

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your wallet within 24 hours
  • You can use the wallet balance for future purchases
  • If you prefer a bank transfer refund, additional details will be required
