Physical Products
We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or faulty upon receipt
- The product received is different from what was ordered
- Return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be in its original packaging and unused condition
How to Request a Return:

- Provide your order number and photos of the product
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours
- If approved, we will arrange for product pickup
Digital Products (Gift Cards)
Important Notice:
Gift cards are non-refundable once the code has been delivered. Please ensure you select the correct gift card value before making a purchase.
Exceptions for gift cards:
- If you haven't received your gift card code after payment confirmation
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to your wallet within 24 hours
- You can use the wallet balance for future purchases
- If you prefer a bank transfer refund, additional details will be required
